Investigators are reviewing videos of the shooting from multiple angles, a Department of Homeland Security spokesperson told NBC News.

If it’s government-related, it could just be a meme.
There’s established precedent.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
