So it is not something that makes sense to criticise him specifically on, especially when there are definitely other things to criticise him on.
I wouldn’t be surprised if his name is somewhere in there off the cuff, but I’m honestly surprised MAGA isn’t screaming about him like they do about Clinton. I can only imagine that if he was in there for good it would’ve been the first thing Trump released.

Unrestricted drone warfare is more an Obama critisicm than Biden. The only creepy Biden thing I remember was him sniffing women’s hair.
Obama and Biden both had to approve drone strikes. It was the first Trump administration that got rid of that requirement.
