I haven’t seen that the officers were identified in Prettis murder. I’d be nervous to charge a federal officer who will have federal defense attorneys on video evidence alone when the fed has everything else I need. But I’m not a lawyer. I was just saying they clearly would like to press charges from what I’ve seen. I think they will, but are trying to make sure they don’t get screwed in court first. They have open lawsuits to ensure evidence doesn’t get destroyed by the fed. Why would they do that with no intent to charge?

NYTimes identified them I believe, both hispanic names at that.

And if the state didn’t id them, they aren’t trying, don’t let them fool you. They have all the facial recognition, a lot of information systems at their disposal. The fact that they haven’t means that the state prosecutors are declining to do their duty and protect their own citizens from he government, a trait they were all chosen for in fact.

All government officials back each other up by default, democrat, republican. If a cop or prosecutor cheats you, they will cover for them if possible. By default. Anyone not realizing that has lived a sheltered life and may be in for some rude surprises this next decade.

This new dynamic where the local law enforcement aren’t on the same side as the federal law enforcement cheating their citizens must have these officials thrown for a loop. They are in the old boy club, they joined to beat up undesirables, not to defend people from those that can fight back. Time to resign in disgrace.

I suppose we’ll see, I just have a feeling the dust is still settling and cards are being held. But I may be naive, I have been before
