AFAIK you can’t get BYD Atto3 in USA or any other ordinary BYD car, because USA won’t allow competition
BYD has yet to submit vehicles for FMVS certification. At least as far as passenger vehicles go.
We do have BYD commercial vehicles. Mostly buses, including the largest order for buses- in LA’s transit system… which, to be clear would make it eligible to sell carbon credits from CA’s carbon regulation…
