Looking for recommendations for a safe chew toy for my dog. She destroys almost everything we give her and I’ve been told artificial bpnes are bad and real bones are bad. Any good options?
Kong toys are nearly indestructible even to a dog 3 times that size.
Also: Real BEEF bones that have not been cooked are okay, but you should always monitor them while they have one becsuse they could manage to splinter it and turn it into a hazard. Poultry and pork bones even uncooked are too small and brittle and will definitely splinter.
It’s a bit pricey but our dogs like to chew on antlers. They come with the tips trimmed so it doesn’t splinter. Don’t do quarters or halves, just a whole antler. We buy 2 or 3 at a time and they last months with daily chewing.
Ditto. Sometimes they have cut up antlers too. Ours look like a bone cut in half, so the bone marrow is visible.

We go with the heavy canvas type. So they don’t get small pieces off to swallow.
She’s eaten the small limbs off most of her toys, so I maybe need something not shaped like an animal
My dog (also around 15 lbs) really loves collagen chews.
These are the ones we get but it’s from a Canadian company, so I’m not sure if it’s available where you are.
For toys she occasionally likes the benebones to chew on, but she’s more of a ball/frisbee gal.

Tennis balls are not recommended for dogs, because they are very abrasive and can wear down the teeth causing nerve pain. Try something like a kong ball instead.
If they actually chew the bones to pieces and eat them they may get constipated. My smaller dog does this to rib bones but not leg bones off cow. You can try and see what they do.
I have two heavy chewers and they have been unable to destroy WestPaw toys.
They’re a hard sort of rubbery substance.
They come in lots of interesting shapes, and you can get some that you can fill with frozen treats, like yogurt or peanut butter.
