      I’m not the OP, but given their reply, given Stolas is part of my actual esoteric beliefs, and given I’m very used drawing owls (mostly for esoteric purposes such as in this suggestion), I’m taking the liberty of making such a drawing, full with the time-lapse video of me doing it (took me almost 3 hours, sped up 60x into a 3-minute time-lapse video). Hope y’all enjoy it, and feedback is always appreciated!

      Some observations follow.

      I don’t really know Helluva Boss’ Stolas, only the Ars Goetia one. While looking up for images on the former, I found several versions of him, so I ended sticking with a random one, in which he’s facing the viewer. Only after I finished drawing, I realized the second pair of eyes, so they’re missing from my art.

      As the actual Stolas is a teacher of astronomy, I took the liberty to make a homage to Alexander Jamieson’s “Celestial Atlas”, which features the only owl-related constellation that ever existed, “Noctua”, which ended up ditched as a constellation from newer constellation maps.

      While the time-lapse video makes it look like I made the whole thing from scratch due to the lack of visible references, I was visually inspiring myself in real-time on both Ars Goetia Stolas art (the one you linked to), the Helluva Boss’ one I found online, Stolas’ sigil (first time I draw Stolas sigil, I was more accustomed with Lucifer’s Sigil and Seal of Lilith, so TIL how to draw the Sigil of Stolas thanks to the making of this art) and Celestial Atlas Plate 27 (featuring the Noctua constellation mentioned earlier). I was drawing on my smartphone (Sketchbook app) while looking at the aforementioned references through my computer screen. This is part of why constellations aren’t as accurate as I wanted them to be (I wasn’t tracing over the references).

      I’ll leave as the viewer’s homework the deep symbolism represented by the name at the top right corner (which I adopted as “the artist’s signature” across my esoteric artworks). I purposefully portrayed Stolas as more androgynous than the canon because of this very specific and subtle detail.

      While that is a fun idea, I have to kindly decline. Learning Helluva Boss’ artstyle and (possibly) fully rendering this idea ventures into commission territory.

        Oh, I didn’t mean the art style of Helluva Boss, I meant like a similar color style and some details of the character, like the red eyes, as a quick doodle.

      What’s better than one superb owl winning the superbowl? Many superb owls winning the superbowl. i took inspiration from the latest posts in the animals I featured, and the communities icon, of course :)

      Also - I have no concept of sizes of the animals depicted lül

    I’ve seen the evidence of the bird’s home and, while compelling, I remain unconvinced this is an owl.

    Have you happened to observe the beast hunting, capturing prey, or eating? Presenting that evidence may clear things up for me.
