You can host your own website with an activitypub instance (like a wordpress with the activitypub plugin, or a mastodon instance, or a smaller activitypub instance) and the only thing that can limit you from there is the law. But again, unfortunately if the government is censoring you, there’s nothing stopping you from getting arrested.
