    The good news here is that if the IRS can change this kind of thing on the whims of the president then it can be changed back and maybe we can finally start taxing churches if we elect a rational president.

      Or, the next president, with any luck a democrat, will be so afraid of the backlash from radical Christians, that they won’t change it back.

      Won’t be the first time something happens.

    At this rate we’ll have church in state in no time!

    Most frequent (and white) churchgoers already lean heavily Republican. There is interesting nuance in the data though (how frequently people attend, evangelical or not, etc).
