That better be more than 120 pages.

Oh, and after that, maybe we can trot out the list of elected officials who’ve gamed the stock market, eh?

This will all surely come to pass.

Remember when Bush Jr. had his SC appointees give him back his crown? Yeah. This whole circus is on a fucking loop, citizens.

as for that, all their stock trades are public info. just look for the ones that are consistently beating the stock market (hint: it’s all of them, but you have to dig a bit for most. Pelosi for instance proxies her buy orders through her husband so its slightly less obvious to us rubes what an obvious fucking insider trading scheme she ran)

Everybody points at Pelosi, but they literally ALL do it. How does Chuck Schumer, with a $175k salary, end up being worth $60 million, while keeping residences in two of the highest cost of living cities in America?

Republicans, Democrats, they ALL put their insider trading ahead of their job. It’s the best perk of the job by far, and their primary priority.

Edit: Old info. Schumer is now worth over $80 million.

Which is so fucked because, “govt public servants/figures cannot use their political power to increase their own individual wealth”… um, they all are and continue without consequences! While most of Americans live paycheck to paycheck, yet these fucks work like 6 months out of the year (having to show up to vote) and have multiple houses and cars, etc! HOW?!?!

America is so corrupt it warrants an entire new history book of the garbage we have to endure vs DRAINING THE SWAMP and getting all out and starting over! We shouldn’t have people in govt at the age of 90. The original founding fathers stated that all members should have a “term limit” but now that’s obsolete… it’s embarrassing! Both sides are at fault and something has got to change!

Hers is the most blatant, her husband being a hedge fund trader (or some such). She beats even the best stock traders, including Warren Buffet. Trump is by far the most corrupt, slimy, scumbag, pederast politician I’ve seen in my lifetime though.

People like her in less-medieval times spent their remaining days on a gibbet, if history’s any indication.

Probably nothing left of them at this point. I’d be surprised if they haven’t been shredded. At least the hard hitting parts. I’m sure the parts involving registered Democrats and personal enemies have been preserved though.

IANAL but I don’t think you want a mistrial this early on in a case. The prosecution would be way less likely to try a second prosecution if the mistrial is after they already wasted their time and resources.

For something like this they might just hand the documents back and say “you didn’t mean to release this, did you?” And then they just pretend they never saw it.

Essentially what happened, though they aren’t paper documents:

Prosecutors took “appropriate measures” both times, forwarding the confidential health records to the judge and deleting their own copy, the lead assistant district attorney, Joel Seidemann, wrote in revealing what he described as a double-snafu on Friday.
