    Stories like these make me feel better about being over 70.

      The grandpa part is what worries me. Your children and their children will inherit this problem. You are the generation that has all the time and money and influence now. Maybe fight that shit if you still can.

        40s too young for that friend. We graduated highschool in the early 2000s

          All we got was to have our childhoods scarred by 9/11, watch our friends be ruined by war and to witness social media rise up and destroy every society.

          We did have the Macarena, YTMND and cat memes (back before anyone knew what “meme” meant)…
