Exactly the same if I started to call driving with a blood alcohol level between 0.8% and 25% “happy fun time driving” and pretended that means it’s no longer the same as DUI…

You’re off by an order of magnitude in these percentages.
In most places, it is legal to drive with a blood alcohol content between 0.025% and 0.08%.
Over 0.08% is a DUI.
Over 0.8% is death.
25%… you’d indeed need a thanatologist to get there.

At .4% I call it Death. By 25% I think that’s just a type of embalming procedure.
