Depends… some people are just more careful with their internet usage and don’t post every political opinion online.
Some people need money, have families…
But anyways: trump can suck my dick
I’m a citizen, y’all can’t deport me.
(I mean, if they try, I’ll get a bigger press coverage than Mahmoud Khalil, so if they do, so be it, I’ll die a martyr and my name would live down history)
I mean, denaturalizing a citizen is a red line that will probably cause mass riots.
I’m also part of the “model minority” stereotype (I mean it’s a bit harder to villainize East Asians than brown/black people is what I’m saying, not saying that I agree with the stereotype) so… an Anti-CCP ethnic Chinese with no criminal convictions being deported for criticizing the government, something that I would get jailed for in China for doing so, I mean… this story probably gonna win me a lot more PR points.
This shit will spread throughout not only the US News, but it’s gonna go on WeChat, I mean, there has been events in the past where the Asian American community have protested. I mean a citizen getting deported, everyone else is gonna start worrying about themselves.
At least that’s my theory. Lets hope I don’t have to find out.
I think you have a very optimistic view of the US if you think the people that don’t care if one group of non-white citizens are deported is suddenly going to be shocked and appalled when a different group of non-white citizens is on the chopping block.
I sincerely hope that it never comes to that, but thinking that your deportation is going to be the straw to break the camels back is a little arrogant.

Considering how ICE ignores things like “Due Process”, you won’t even get the chance to prove that you’re a citizen.
We’ll see how far this shit deteriorates… its quite possible… I just hope I get my name in the history books lol.
Careful there, he might take you up on that
I was talking to a recruiter the other day and apparently it’s almost impossible to recruit internationally for the US.
Out of curiosity, why would you get bigger press coverage? Zero judge, just curious.

Considering the categories of people that have already been deported in the last year, I think you’re not taking the threat seriously enough.
People also said that Roe v Wade would be a red line that’d lead to mass protest.
I wouldn’t bet on it.
I mean, there were mass protests, they just didn’t do shit.
