The censorship charge is not about a portion of the video, it’s the ENTIRE video that was censored by not airing it.
The segment itself doesn’t have any censoring, but it’s been taken down on official channels and mirrors are being taken down too.
Perhaps someone will seed it as a torrent or upload it on Freenet. ;)
