EDIT: I just realized I messed up my meme, which is meant to point to how this meme is using the wrong colors. Below is my corrected meme which the meme featuring the screenshots using the correct colors is pointing out my original post is wrong and what is the correct colors.

Turtles all the way down
Post edit:

Shouldn’t the larger image in the top left be the “correct” colour?
You can see the colors in that do not match. Whoever first made this template had something that altered the way the colors appeared. By the time of season 6 (this comes from “A Quality of Life”), the color of the Operations uniform changed to a lighter tone. The bottom has two screenshots that match. The one on the top has two screenshots with mismatched color.
But then you used the template with mismatched colours?
Yeah, we’re going to need to do an extra layer of the meme, pointing to this meme, with the correct colours on the left, and bottom option.
Damn it. I just realized what you meant. I screwed up my own meme pointing out the mistake.
Finding quality images can be a challenge sometimes. Especially with DS9/VOY. I’ll screenshot what I can at home, but on the fly my attitude…

TrekCore have screenshots from DVDs/Blu-rays on their website for every episode. I use that a lot.
So do I, but DS9/VOY were never transferred to HD. I can pull better on my own.
This isn’t about the quality of the resolution but the actual color of the uniform itself. They somehow got screencaped with something that altered how the image appeared on the screen. The Operations uniform color tone for gold changes in TNG.
Maybe this is a display thing too, but I don’t see much difference. The top images are obviously tinged red but it still very much appears “gold” to me. I can clearly see that they are different when you post them side-by-side but otherwise I wouldn’t bat an eye at it.
Is this Loss?
“The Loss”? No. This is “A Quality of Life”.
I’m sorta bummed that “Loss” became the ctrl+alt+del comic that everyone online knows. I used to read the heck out of that as a teenager and it wasn’t usually so serious.
