A bombshell new report from CBS News suggests that the Iranian Government has murdered between 12,000 and 20,000 protesters since the ongoing, national revolt against it began.
“Information trickling out of Iran on Tuesday suggests that a crackdown by authorities to end more than two weeks of widespread anti-government protests has likely been far more deadly than activists outside the country have reported,”

So, how does this look?
What’s so hard to understand?
I was born in China. I’m living overseas. I am flying a flag that’s considered an enemy flag to the PRC. The flag that’s flown on the other side of the civil war. Because I’m frustrated and this is my outlet to express the rage.
It was a humorous remark. I understand your situation. Otherwise I wouldn’t have referenced the intended meaning.
Idk what you find humorous… did I mistranslate or something?
I’m pretty confident I got it right…
Oh, so, the original phrase I had in my mind was something like “在大陆的同胞” (compatriots in mainland China) / “在国内的同胞” (compatriots in the country [refering to China]) but then my English in my mind automatically thought of “Home Country” when I think of China so that’s the translation my mind came up with…
idk my brain is weird… now you’re making me question my confidence in the English language… I thought like I had this after being in an Anglosphere country for so long…
