What is there about that you don’t seem to understand?

The relevance to the point you’re trying to make.

The fact that FBI agents and ICE officers are not called “police officers” (in the traditional local/state sense) has virtually no relevance to their ability to enforce the law. The label itself is largely semantic and does not limit their legal power.

It’s not what they’re called that makes the difference. It’s that they swear allegiance to the Constitution but are trampling on the whole Fourth Amendment:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

They also use administrative warrants, not judicial ones which have more power and proof has to be brought in front of a judge before it’s issued.

LICE is nothing but a gang of racist dumbfucks who think they’re gods.

Then stop asserting they’re not police officers like it means something, when you just acknowledged that it doesn’t.

Yeah I don’t think they are, and in the situation where it’s borderline it’s due to to aggressive mobs obstructing them from their duties. Situations where there is actual constitutional violations should absolutely be handled in the court, not by flash mobs obstructing then from proceeding.
