Like I said above, I agree with you. A similar statement about women would be correctly seen as mysogyny. I’m just stating that it isn’t any more egregious than gestures broadly
There’s a lot of egregious stuff going on, but I don’t think stooping to the level of egregiousness and turning the same bullshit around on anyone who seems like a convenient target is a tenable solution. That’s letting the egregiousness win.
