They went to a judge and got a warrant to investigate the scene - a public area, that’s already unusual - and the brownshirts refused.

The level of bullshit went up a lot more just then.

Man it’s weird that you seem to be against what ice is doing but completely unwilling to blame Republicans for it. I mean, if the voters are the sheep, and Democrats are the shepherds, then the Republicans are the abyss they are being led into.

We knew what the republicans were, that the strategy of the party wouldn’t work, and did it anyway. Not acknowledging that point belies purposeful ignorance, using slander to obscure the issue. Why would one want to prevent the democratic party from getting a winning strategy, and popular reform?

There are no good answers for that, as in no answers that speak well to the person trying to keep the opposition party that can’t win in power. Sheep are about the best of the lot character wise.

Ok so here’s the thing I don’t think you get. People on the left, who just want equity for everyone, who are they gonna vote for?

Republicans, who are literally bigoted racist Nazis, or Democrats, who at least pretend to be somewhat on their side, or, because our voting system is fucked, throwing away a vote on a third party no one has heard of?

Conservatives have a party that lines up with their fucked up values, while leftist people have a party that is a consolation prize. Blaming people who vote Democrat because they don’t have anything else to vote for is, frankly, stupid.

I support electing the democrats in the general election. But fielding these candidates is doomed to fail, and doesn’t meet the moment. We need popular reform, both to win and for our own sake.
