Might as well flush em out now ahead of primaries. There’s more to these votes than winning. It’s been normalized for too long that we shouldn’t have a vote unless it’s guaranteed to pass.

Probably because they anticipate having the votes in the House (and the support of enough of the Senate) for Noem, but not for Trump himself.
