I tried goose when I visited China. Couldn’t eat more than a bite, way too “meaty”, wierd, very unlike chicken

I love feeding swans. They hiss a lot but they’ve never attacked me. They’re just big enough to fight back if they need to so they’re not all that skittish but when they’re not nesting they’re all bark no bite in my experience unless maybe you try to pet them or some other stupid shit 😅
