This reminds me of Janet in The Good Place, when she gets rebooted and gives cactuses for every request made.

Janet: “Here ya go”

Michael: “That’s a cactus”

Janet: “yes I see that, let me try again. Here.”

Michael: “still a cactus”

…

Janet: “I have Eleanor’s file”

Michael: “Is it a cactus?”

Janet: “Nope. It’s her file”

Michael: “Ok, hand it over please”
