On a separate note, Bovino is so stupid. He has no clue that he’s being set up to be the fall guy. He’s racking up all the points to get all of the excesses of this evil operation in Chicago pinned squarely on him. Someone needs to be willing to prosecute it. And since it is a federal court I believe it would need to be a federal prosecutor. That should answer your question.
