As a an actual radiologist this is pretty accurate. Also the AI in radiology has been a slight time saving tool and a large cost and that is about it. It has been mostly a dud. Maybe it will improve, but if I had imaging done and the hospital said AI read it, I would get a second opinion from a human immediately as is. We’ve spent billions of not trillions on AI and it has had a minimal impact on my daily life in the hospital. We could have health care for everyone with the cost spent.
