If they’re at the stage where they’re having to resort to scaring people into silence, it doesn’t bode well for investors.

Elizabeth Holmes literally hired people to do this same exact thing to suspected whistleblowers as Theranos was being exposed. If they’re at the stage where they’re having to resort to scaring people into silence, it doesn’t bode well for investors.
