Everyone is jumping on the bandwagon of calling his music trash. Much like people did with Nickelback. I don’t like him or his music, but it’s not terrible.
People hate Nickelback because it’s fun. People hate kid rock because his music sucks. The only good song he has is a duet with Sheryl Crow that is over 20 years old. His only halfway decent song since is 18 years old and is just sweet home Alabama mixed with werewolves of London. The only original song he has that made anyone pay attention to him has gibberish for a chorus. Nickelback sells out arenas and this dude can’t even get enough people to go to a concert to actually have one. There is no comparison.
The only song of his I know I’ve heard was his debut song from almost 30 years ago. Was it actually titled Kid Rock or am I misremembering b/c that’s also the only part of the song I can still hear in my head?

I’d argue Kid Rock has two good albums " Only God Knows Why" and “Cocky”.
But yeah, his music sucks now and he’s a twat.
Also I saw a shirt at the last concert I was at that said " Nickleback, fan or liar? " and thought that was hilarious.
