It’s imprecise, both sides are not equally bad. Hence ‘the lesser evil’.
It is absolutely true that both sides are bad. It’s just that one side makes our lives worse, and the other makes them practically unlivable. It’s not fascist to pay attention and notice how our lives are never improving. They only worsen at a differing rate based on which party has power.
If you wanted to help trump, encouraging people not to vote would be almost as good as getting them to vote trump. So I’m not convinced these aren’t more Russian bot campaigns.
The trick is to convince Republicans not to vote. And it looks like the person who is best at that is trump

they don’t really have to. there’s a lot of Russia. like a really really big health bar. traditionally going back to the czarist regime the Russian army buries you under their conscripts until you run out of arrows, sharp things, or bullets. then sends more conscripts.
the internal regime is really unstable and Ukraine is hitting things Russians care about, so it’s not a foregone conclusion, but it is Ukraine’s early game hard mode dark souls boss to beat.
