Even with damning evidence and the persuasive media skills and charisma of a much more talented individual, he is so fucking cooked. Right? Accessing non-public information related to legal proceedings could very well be breaking the law. This is the sort of thing that could be actionable, in criminal or civil court.

But I also brought up civil court for a reason. Trump doesn’t really have direct leverage there and the discovery process could be very interesting in a case like that. A victim involved in the Epstein case may very well have standing to bring a civil suit if Musk is making information that’s harmful to them public.
He was on Trump’s good side then…
This is the sort of thing that could be actionable, in criminal or civil court.
