I’m kind of hoping the likes of Colbert, Kimmel, and Meyers move to Canada and keep on broadcasting their stuff on a new Internet-only streaming network. I don’t agree with all of their jokes and content, but they provide an invaluable counterpoint. And at least up there they will be a lot more free.
Also, how long before this administration comes for The Daily Show.
That’s fine and all for them, but what you’re not realizing here is that the media is now clearly afraid of this administration, and therefore bowing to demands. They control the venues that were the counter culture and called out their bullshit.
