I think this is supposed to be a jab/eye roll between people who are already in the know about the situation rather than the dissemination of information.

It’s because it’s a terrible font. White outlined in black is the way every time. Double lining in an alternative color is fucking stupid and difficult to read.
The OP has mentioned a few times it became a deliberate choice after they realised bots can’t read it.
