What a depressing view of people.

As a therapist working with a philosophy of individual empowerment, and seeing it work every day, I’m glad to have my view of life.

It’d suck to feel like we’re all just like plastic bags being blown about in the winds of fate!

At least you’re moving those brain cells a bit now, Mr. Therapist. There’s nothing depressing about understanding basic human interaction.

Attention, you might cry fallacy now: Even a guy who was on top of 3 careers (my boy Arnie) recognised that he was nothing like a self-made man and everything is a combination of work, luck, collaboration, opportunity. See how far you’d get on a desert island :)

Your plastic bag metaphor was amusing, but not for the right reasons, and the exact opposite of what I’m saying. Be careful with that therapy stuff. I wouldn’t trust you.

Since you’re into philosophy now, you should look into the fact that free will doesn’t even exist. Where does that leave your beliefs? Did you learn about people fooling themselves with comforting, self-serving illusions in therapy school?
