My biggest problem with Fox is just how awful their opinion segments (most of their runtime) are and sound. My goodness, I lose IQ just listening to it for more than two seconds. When Fox News reports on news, and only news, without an opinion, they are fine.

Providing any encouragement or incitement to commit a crime falls under that definition. By saying they should be killed and that they are dangerous, unwanted, and need to be gotten rid of that means the mass shooters felt they had the go-ahead to do what they did when they heard that statement.

The unlawfully part is to be questioned since they are using hate speech and hate speech was deemed protected by the supreme court in the past. What law? ABC is a garbage company for doing what they did and we should all boycott them but they didn’t break the law.

Trump’s FCC said they were looking into punishments for ABC because of Jimmy Kimmel, and many ABC associates are currently waiting for FCC approval for their mergers. That is clear regulatory pressure/corruption.
