Calling a person that literally got a hole shot through them a “man of steel” has to be the most perfect microcosm of Fox’s entire reporting style, lmao.

“Compelling evidence of XYZ actually PROOF of Not-XYZ upon closer inspection”

I think they’re just fucking stupid.

Not uneducated people with critical thinking skills.

Just actually, really, super fucking dumb. There is no nuance to them. Everything is black and white and only happens one way. Life is straight forward, and its hell the whole time. That’s it. That’s the end.

Oh uh. My comment has a “these” (pronoun) without a specific thing its tied to. I did mean trump voters in general but moreso the people who are outwardly part of it. Fox news. The cabinet. Etc.

Ah yeah, I definitely narrowed your comment to just apply to the voting base, even though the crazy ass headline in question is being perpetuated by the grifters.

          Thats mah B!

I do agree though, those who are feeding the voters are insane/unreasonable and evil. And I think they know that their base is dumb enough to accept their grifting “words of wisdom.”

I’ve been calling MAGA a mental illness for a decade. Everything they have done, and continue to do, indicates severe logical corruption in every sense of the word, and it’s transmissible through propaganda.

That’s why the USA is cooked, for generations, and is damn near guaranteed to experience civil war &/or Christian fascist dictatorship before anything gets better. There’s no coming back from a mental illness epidemic affecting a double digit percentage of the population.

I bet the bullet hit his spine. Hence the immediately floppy dead. As opposed to being due to the blood loss.

Yeah to me it looked like he had a fencing response, which can accompany head/spine injuries. Wouldn’t be surprised if the bullet hit his upper spine or ricocheted into the base of his skull or something.

The hydrostatic shock likely would have pulverized his brain stem on a hit like that. It wouldn’t have to direct hit the spine.

That would make some sense, but I’m doubtful about the bullet caliber. I’ve seen what 30-06 does to large game, and it very rarely stops even when hitting bone. Especially if he was shot with a hunting round (which are designed to flare out and dump energy) we would have seen a truly massive exit wound.

I noticed his head went in the same direction the bullet entered, you would think his head would go away from where the bullet entered so maybe it did hit the spine and cause the head to push forward.

This is an extremely famous phenomenon in ballistics, popularized by the JFK assasination. Penn and Teller even did a breakdown of why this happens at one point. It’s pretty interesting to look into!

The doctor added that Kirk’s “bone was so healthy and the density was so so impressive that he’s like the man of steel. It should have just gone through and through. It likely would have killed those standing behind him too.”

Do people really believe these fairy tales? It’s the same absurd rhetoric they use regarding Trump. Reminds me of the rhetoric North Korea uses about Kim Jong Un

They lied, unless the bullet decided to magically turn left and become a smaller caliber then the official line is bogus.

It is probably one of those multiple shooters situations with a patsy that may even believe they did it.

Thank you Charlie Kirk, for your sacrifice, and saving the people behind him. What a guy.

God made sure only Charlie Kirk was killed. It’s as if God smote Charlie in the middle of a crowd, in the middle of saying hate, and spared the onlookers.

Yeah, I don’t think that’s a good thing for fans of Charlie.

I can’t imagine most protestant denominations have the organizational and bureaucratic capacity for catholic sanctification. It looks like Anglicans kept the pre split saints and then created a new category of heroes and they seem to do their own thing for it. That’s the most similar protestant denomination to catholicism.

It’s really hard to imagine a scenario where the baptists are organizing enough to do a trial where evidence for and against sainthood are presented. Also the concept of saints is entirely Tradition so it violates sola scriptura
