- power of a vape pod
- temperature isolation of a window
- temperature difference between two sides of a window
- humidity in a closed space
- proper ventilation
So… In a car - yes, absolutely. Especially when it’s winter. So I really agree that hotels shouldn’t handle it the same way as regular in-door smoking

Interesting that it’s that low, the hotels I went to in japan were all above 10k jpy (~600€) for cleaning fee if you smoke in the room. It makes sense though with how persistent smoke smell can be.
