I met someone that actually slept like number 13.

In my early 20’s several friends had a summer house on the Jersey shore. I would visit every few weeks. There were always other friends crashing there as well.

Girl told us she slept this way and sure enough, we found her that way in the morning.

Not really sure if inverted shrimp counts but it’s how I usually end up. That or 9-10.

GERD sufferer here. Only 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9 are viable. Back-sleeping is doable, but only if reclined. The othes equal poor rest and a painful day to follow.

It’s going to make you snore as you get older and your upper back will hurt like the blazes.

I used to sleep in the #2 position, with my arms under my head. I’d wake up often with both arms completely asleep and I’d be unable to control them. Several times I tore my shoulder muscles trying to turn myself over while my arms were asleep. Then I got a CPAP and started sleeping in #16 position (like #15, but with arms on my belly/chest) and my back pain and shoulder pain has completely gone away, and with the CPAP I don’t snore.

13, without the pillow, is kinda how babies/toddlers sometimes sleep (once they can roll over).
