What I see when I watch the video, is someone trying to drive away, the ice agent attempting to open the door of a moving vehicle to pull them out, and then firing on the drive when they can’t open the door.
It’s not self defense, it’s a use of lethal force against a citizen attempting to disengage from a confrontation with a government official that lacks the authority to arrest them.

She was never going to hit him. She intentionally avoided doing so by backing up and turning. Her last moment in life was looking out for the safety of the man that would kill her.
Let’s say she was even headed straight for him – shooting her is still the worst possible option because he’s essentially just slamming on the accelerator. There’s no world where this can be justified at all.

I saw the officer standing 10 ft in front of the vehicle. When she turned the wheel and began to move the vehicle out of the road, the officer jumps out of the way of the vehicle and then proceeds to move to the left front of the car at which point I think he makes contact with his leg against the car while simultaneously pulling and firing his weapon.

Unintentionally? Brother there are like a dozen rich white right wing billionaires who have made this their lives purpose. There have been organizations like them for … basically forever with all different sorts of dynamics.
They are very intentionally being created, and of course some people grow up without empathy for those different for them, or without any at all.
Society is that broken imo. People are understandably angry that their material conditions suck. The economy sucks. They hate their job. They hate their wife/husband/kids that they felt like they have to have. But our education system has been absolutely gutted, so they don’t understand why their life sucks so bad.
And instead of a real education they get fed propaganda saying “traditionalism is good, and it’s these outsiders with dangerous, new ideas that have ruined the country and are making your life terrible.” And just believing the people with power that tell them this is a hell of a lot easier than trying to educate themselves on why life actually sucks.
Remember, fascism operates on having an in-group the law protects but does not bind, and an out-group the law binds but does not protect. So as long as they’re part of the in-group they get to feel safe and secure. And they get to blame the out-group for their problems, so attacking the out-group is actually dealing with their problems. (And improperly venting their anger)
And if you throw in some conspiracies, like the “Jews run the world” bullshit, then it makes people feel special bc they have “secret knowledge” that no one else knows or understands. So instead of feeling inferior bc they’re uneducated, they get to feel smart and special
Now all of this is absolutely horrendous. The bright side is that if learned, which means that some people will unlearn it and we can work towards making sure kids aren’t taught this bullshit now or in the future. It’ll be really fucking difficult, but it’s vital to making the world less shit

The values necessary to fuel the empire’s economy and narratives, which run on innocent blood, sweat and tears, are not conducive to having a society of prosocial, healthy, righteous individuals. People are not inherently evil, I’d even say we’re predisposed to prosociality, but intelligence plus free will mixed with selfishness and fear make us more than capable of being/doing “evil”, certainly. We’re imperfect, we’ll never not be, but I do believe we can be better towards each other with a minimal amount of great excesses. The only way to combat it is to truly believe collectively it’s our duty to be righteous, and here’s where believing in God, and that will judge us all fairly for our deeds, comes in handy. Idk any other more foolproof way, as in one empathetic philosopher might bring himself to do this without belief somewhat successfully but the other 99 will require some sort of handrails to walk through life ethically more successfully than not.

Someone climbed through the window to access a restricted area being defended by armed government agents in capital Hill, during a siege. Anyone who says he was in front of the vehicle has to admit that he must be extremely stupid to stand in front of a vehicle instead of taking 2 or 3 steps to the side. Moving out of the way of a car is my automatic reaction to being anywhere near the front or rear of one.

ICE has always been fascist, they were created by the Patriot Act, which is “lawful”, and also a perfect tool for fascism.

They weren’t created out of the blue. They’re the connection of two other federal agencies - naturalisation and customs service.
As you noticed, they were created at the time of Patriot Act, meaning they’ve been around for 25 years now. There weren’t any issues with them during Bush or Obama, were there? Or rather: there weren’t any more issues with them than there were with Border Patrol or ex-Customs Services, etc.
Basically, issues pop up whenever Trump’s in power. Because he has stupid policies. Like when Border Patrol was supposed to hire 60,000 agents within a couple of months to “strengthen border protection and stop smuggling from Mexico”. Lo and behold, they ended up hiring active cartel members and smuggling stats went through the roof. Which anybody with a semblance of a functioning brain expected to happen.
Now it’s the same exact situation - ICE received the order to kick out 1,000,000 “illegal immigrants” in 2025. For context on how ridiculous this number is: deportations increased steadily during Biden admin, reaching 72,000 in FY 2022 and 143,000 in FY 2023. FY 2024 saw the highest single-year total with 271,484 deportations.
And now Trump wanted 1 million. Which meant, just as before with Border Patrol, that they had to basically hire anyone who wasn’t running away from their recruiters fast enough. And exactly the same thing as before happened, only this time it’s US not Mexican criminals being hired. All the Proud Boys and what not.
