Maybe cities should just make dedicated bike lanes.
These work fantastic in the Netherlands. A lot of times you can get to places faster on bike than in a car. The only problem is tourists who aren’t used to bikelanes and who keep walking across them without checking if a cyclist is coming their way
Turn the car lanes into bike lanes, no need for a car in a city.
