Roast them like potatoes too. Roasted radishes are fantastic and not bitter or peppery at all.
Pickled radishes are also awesome
“…and seasoning”. I needs a bit more information.
Salt, pepper, a little bit of garlic powder. You honestly don’t need much.
PSG FOR THE WIN
Thanks, ick. Stay warm!
Thanks! We are lucky in CO, it’s 64F (18C) today. I can run around in a tshirt!
Oh, right on! I saw you post something about Rubino’s earlier and got it in my head you were from around there.
Haha, ah yes, that was just me paying respect to the cannoli inception. I’m far away here in Denver.
The Fraggles are salivating.
Ravishing radishes, Batman!
I don’t know why this is a shitpost, I might try this this week
Shitpost because radishes but wanted to provide actual value.
Sounds genuinely delicious! Thank you!
Actually is very good! And easy if you have a mandolin to slice.
It’s too hard to get the bits of radish out of the strings at the top of the fret board for me.
Try a harp instead
Pity it’s not radish season yet, I grow loads of them, bloody love radishes.
Will have to try to remember this!
Do they get super soft or are they still firm? When I tried putting daikon in curry it kind of turned into neutral mush, which was fine but not what I was expecting.
They are kind of crunchy on the outside and softer on the inside. Also depends on how thinly you slice them, I suppose.
